摘    要:提出了一种改善矩阵变换器低电压输出性能的控制策略.与传统的双电压合成调制策略相比,在一个采样周期内,其参考输出线电压由一中间输入线电压和一最小输入线电压脉冲形成,大大减少了低电压输出时窄脉冲的数量,从而使因PWM脉宽小于开关换流所需时间引起的电压误差减少,输出电压、输入电流的谐波大为减少,改善了矩阵变换器低电压输出时的控制性能.通过仿真验证了该控制策略的正确性.

Abstract:A control scheme for improving low output voltage performance of matrix converter was presented.The output line-line voltage is formed by the middle and minimum input line-line voltage pulses in a sampling cycle for the proposed control algorithm,and reduced the narrow pulses significantly,reduced the voltage error by PWM pulses shorter than a commutation time compared with conventional two line-line voltage synthesis.The proposed control algorithm improves low output voltage performance of matrix converter based on reducing output voltage and input current harmonics.The effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm is verified by simulation.
