摘    要:通过对中、高锰钢铸锭低倍组织、导热系数及显微组织进行研究,为中、高锰钢连铸工艺的研究提供了理论基础。研究表明,中、高锰钢的导热系数较低,在凝固过程中易形成粗大柱状晶。中锰钢wMn]=]3.35%时,显微组织为贝氏体;wMn]=]5.82%时,显微组织为马氏体。随wMn]]增大,高锰钢显微组织中奥氏体相的比例增大,最终形成奥氏体单相组织。

Abstract:The macrostructure, thermal conductivity and microstructure of middle and high manganese steel ingot have been investigated to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the continuous casting process of medium and high manganese steel. The results show that the thermal conductivities of medium and high manganese steel are low and coarse columnar grains are easily formed during solidification. When wMn]=]3.35% in medium steel, the microstructure is bainite. When wMn]=]5.82% in medium steel, the microstructure is martensite. With the increase of wMn]], the ratio of austenite phase in high manganese steel is increased. Finally, the single austenite phase is formed.
