宝钢大方坯高压锅炉管角部纵裂机理研究

摘    要:针对宝钢大方坯生产的高压锅炉管钢T91、T92多次出现角部纵裂问题,通过低倍及金相观察,发现裂纹产生与铸坯组织中存在马氏体和铁素体两相区有关。采用Thermalcalc软件计算、高温显微镜、硬度测试的手段,对T91的高温凝固特性进行研究,分析了两相区产生的原因,解释裂纹产生机理。

Abstract:According to the high pressure boiler tube steel production at Baosteel bloom T91, T92 repeated longitudinal corner crack problem, by macroscopic and metallographic observation, found that cracks and bloom structure in the presence of martensite and ferrite two-phase region concerned. The calculation of phase diagrams using Thermalcalc software, high temperature microscope, hardness test to carry on the research means,study on high temperature solidification characteristics of T91, analyzes the reasons generating crack on two-phase region, explain the crack generation mechanism.
