Incoloy800H高温耐腐蚀合金电磁软接触连铸技术的实验研究

摘    要:通过分析Incoloy800H合金与碳钢等材质的电导率差异性,以及Incoloy800H合金电磁软接触连铸试验结果,证实了镍铬铁基高温耐腐蚀合金电磁软接触连铸的可行性。采用电磁感应法对切缝式结晶器内的磁场分布进行了测量,得出不同电源功率和磁场频率对磁场大小和分布的影响效果,从而选取出适当的电磁参数进行了Incoloy800H电磁软接触连铸对比试验。试验结果表明,当电源功率为66 kW,频率为20 kHz时,铸坯表面质量明显提高,表面振痕明显减轻,凹陷和表面裂纹等缺陷消失。当电源功率增加至100 kW时,铸坯表面质量下降,出现了波浪状振痕和切缝棱边。

Abstract:Through analyzing the difference of electric conductivity characteristics between Incoloy800H alloy and carbon steels, and the experimental results of soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting (SCEMCC) of Incoloy800H alloy billet, the feasibility of Fe-Ni-Cr based alloy SCEMCC was confirmed. The distribution of magnetic field in the mold was examined using a magnetic probe of the induction coil type. The test results show that the magnetic flux density increases with the increasing of the electric power,and decreases with the increasing of the frequency. The experiment results show that the surface quality of Incoloy800H alloy billet is greatly improved by SCEMCC when the electric power and frequency comes to the optimal ones. The oscillation marks can be totally suppressed and the surface defects disappear with the electric power of 66 kW and the frequency of 20 kHz. However, when the power exceed the optimal value, the wavy oscillation marks are formed, due to the non-homogeneity of magnetic field between slit center and segment center.
