连铸板坯SS400钢黏结漏钢攻关实践

摘    要:分析了邯钢邯宝炼钢厂连铸车间生产SS400钢种黏结漏钢的原因,通过优化结晶器水流量,使用改良后的西峡龙成XX-3D保护渣,使坯壳在结晶器内的传热以及润滑得到了有效改善,明显降低了黏结的概率。通过改进结晶器漏钢预报热电偶,能准确及时预报黏结给连铸机的MBPS自动化控制系统,黏结漏钢预报准确度在90%以上。使SS400钢种黏结漏钢率大幅降低,直至基本消除。

Abstract:Analyzed the hangang han bao steel continuous casting workshop production of SS400 steel sticking breakout reasons, by optimizing the mold flow, using modified XiXia XX-3 D casting powder, the shell of heat transfer in the crystallizer and lubrication has been effectively improved, significantly reduce the probability of bond. By improving the mould breakout prediction thermocouple, can accurate and timely forecast MBPS automation control system of binding to the continuous casting machine, bonding steel leakage prediction accuracy is above 90%. The SS400 steel b sticking breakout rate is greatly reduced, and basically eliminated.
