摘    要:阐述了高品质钢炼钢—连铸过程的精益制造系统技术架构与内容,将冶炼高品质钢转炉终点的精准控制技术、连铸凝固冷却过程的精益控制技术、炼钢—连铸过程工序运行的协调与控制技术、精细生产计划与调度技术和生产调度模型与工序工艺模型的协同、以及诸项技术与MES的接口技术进行综合集成,形成以生产工序工艺控制、流程运行协调控制及生产计划与调度协同优化为支撑的系统技术体系与集成解决方案,并在方大特钢进行实施,取得良好的经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract:The structure and contents of fine manufacture for steelmaking-continuous casting process of high quality steel are elaborated. By the integration and collaboration of the technologies such as precision control technology for converter end-point of high-quality steel smelting, lean control technology of continuous casting cooling and solidification process, coordination and control technology of steelmaking-continuous casting process operation,synergy of fine production planning and scheduling and production scheduling model and process model, and various technology and MES interface technology, the technology system and integration solution based on process control, collaborative control of process operation and production planning and scheduling are established. Moreover, the technology system and integration solution above were applied into production in Fangda Special Steel plants, and great social and economic benefits are achieved.
