摘    要:本文论述了粉状触媒合成棒的组成及其特性,在其特性的基础上研究了此种合成棒的破碎方法。通过一系列的对比实验,在对棒体破碎、电解配方设计、揉搓机设计以及配套工艺改进的基础上提出了新的提纯工艺,这种工艺尽可能地以机械剥离取代化学氧化去除,使得提纯直接成本降低40%以上,并且其电解工序所回收的触媒金属价值远大于电费材料及人力成本,所以提纯实际综合成本几乎为零甚至略有盈余。此外,新工艺还大大减少了传统工艺所带来的环境污染,改善了操作条件,降低了劳动强度,具有显著的社会效益。通过近一年的生产运行,实践证明新工艺是切实可行的。

Abstract:This paper dissertated compositions and characteristics of the diamond resultant rod with powder catalyst, and researched the crushing method of the rod. A new purification method is put forward, including rod cell crushing, electrolyte design , kneading machine design and improvement of assistant process. The purification processes make best use of mechanical method instead of chemical removal. It would decrease the direct cost of purification by 40% , and the recycled catalyst metals from electrolysis process value far more than the cost of power and labor needed. Moreover, the new process will reduce the environment pollution caused by acid mist, improve the work conditions and work intensity. It has been proved that the new process is feasible according to the one years production.
