| 摘 要： | ＩＣＯ全球通信系统是著名的全球个人移动通信系统（ＧＭＰＣＳ）之一，它由空间段和地面段两部分组成；空间段由运行在中圆轨道上的１２颗卫星组成；地面段是由ＳＡＮ，ＳＣＣ，ＮＭＣ和ＢＤＣ等组成的ＩＣＯＮＥＴ。ＩＣＯ系统预定在２０００年开始全面运营业务，届时ＩＣＯ将向全球提供多层面终端的各种通信业务。

| Abstract: | ICO Global Communications System is one of the Global Mobile Personal Communications Systems, which consists of two parts: the space segment consists of 12 satellites operating on the intermediate circular orbits; the ground segment is also known as ICONET, which consists of SAN, SCC, NMC and BDC. The ICO system is scheduled for full operational service in the year 2000, providing various telecom services throughout the world. |
