聚丙烯纤维在引气粉煤灰混凝土中的应用研究

摘    要:在混凝土内掺聚丙烯纤维可增强基体的抗裂性能,在引气、大掺量粉煤灰共同作用下可减小混凝土的脆性,抗弯性能提高20%左右;SEM形貌图表明,粉煤灰掺量达到140kg/m^3时,聚丙烯纤维高抗冻混凝土的结构密实,纤维与混凝土界面结合紧密;大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的总孔隙率降低,有害孔减少,最可几孔径下降,混凝土的抗冻性能可达到F300。

Abstract:Mixing polypropylene fiber in concrete may increase its crack resistance, and under the co-action of air entrainment and heavily mixed fly ash its brittleness reduces while the bending resistance improves by about 20%. SEM diagram shows that when the mixed fly ash reaches 140 kg/m3, the structure of high frost resistant concrete with polypropylene fiber is densified, and the fiber is tightly combined with boundary concrete. General porosity ratio of the concrete heavily mixed with fly ash declines; harmful holes decrease; the most probable hole-diameter lessens; and frost-resisting performance may reach F300.
