| 摘 要： | 随着我国即将加入WTO,对外承包工程和劳务合作增加,国际承包业务增多,我国在国际承包工程管理中既有成功的经验,也有不少失败的教训,对国际承包工程中的风险管理认真总结,将对今后,尤其是入世后我国企业的竞争能力和抗风险能力均有一定的积极作用.对国际承包工程中可能出现的风险进行归纳分析,提出一些风险的防范和管理的方法和措施.

| Abstract: | With China's entry into the WTO,we have more and more foreign contract project and labor service cooperation.In contract project management we have successful cases and also have some lessons.We should contemplate all these experiences and lessons,which will have good effect on competitively and antirisk ability of Chinese corporations.The probable risk in international project is analyzed and some management methods to decrease the risk are proposed. |
