| 摘 要： | 中新天津生态城的设计体现了"生态、环保、节能、宜居、和谐"的设计理念,努力打造资源节约型、环境友好型宜居示范新城,体现"能实行、能复制、能推广"的总体设计思路.突出水资源的优化配置与循环利用,在雨水、污水、再生水专项规划中体现生态设计,提出以调峰、蓄滞、收集利用为主,以外排为辅的城市排水理念,并运用到工程实际当中.
