| 摘 要： | 研究了填料对硅酮改性聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能和流变性能的影响。通过改变硅酮改性聚氨酯密封胶中填料的添加量、粒径、种类和配比,制备了不同性能的硅酮改性聚氨酯密封胶,并测试了其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度等机械性能和流变性能。通过比较不同的实验结果,找到填料体系对硅酮改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响规律。

Effect of Different Fillers on Mechanical and Rheological Properties of Silicone- Modified Polyurethane Sealant |

| Abstract: | ?Addition of certain sorts of calcium carbonate fillers greatly improved mechanical and rheological properties of resulted silicone－modified polyurethane(SPU) sealants.Effects of filler quantity,particle size,and blended ratio on tensile strength,elongation,hardness etc.and rheological properties of obtained SPU sealants were studied,which were basic behavior criterion in practical use. |
