| 摘 要： | 针对21世纪的建筑要求,指出在进行建筑设计时要考虑环境状况,解决好自然能源的合理利用,提出了21世纪的住宅也将是节能型、智能型的,采取立体绿化,有灵活可变的功能空间和超耐久性承重结构体系,并充分利用地下空间,建设以人为本的创新型住宅,也给建筑设计工作者提出了新的课题和研究方向。

| Abstract: | In light of the requirements of architecture in 21st century, the author points out that when carries on the architectural design must consider the environment condition, solves the good natural energy source reasonable use. The 21st century housing will also be the energy conservation, the intelligence, and adopts the three-dimensional afforestation, has nimble may the then function space and the ultra durable loadbearing member system, and the full use underground space, constructs the humanist innovation housing, also gave the architectural design worker to propose the new task and the research direction. |
