| 摘 要： | 分析了几年来我国柴油供需状况 ,尤其分析了柴油“自给自足”方案 (即停止进口柴油 ,国内柴油需求全部由国内负责生产和供给 )的经济性 ,指出该方案对炼油板块及中国石油天然气集团公司和中国石油化工集团公司的负面影响。深入分析了我国炼油厂所加工的原油结构、炼油厂装置结构和柴油品种结构 ,提出了缓和我国柴油供需矛盾的五条建议

| Abstract: | The status quo of supply and demand of domestic diesel in recent years was analyzed,especially the economic characters of the "self sufficiency" option. Negative effects of this option on petroleum refining enterprises,both in China Petroleum and in Natural Gas Group Corporation and in China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation were pointed out.On deep analysis of the domestic crude structure,unit structure in refinery and diesel product structure,five proposals to balance supply and demand of domestic diesel were put forward. |
