切圆锅炉炉内冷态模化理论研究

摘    要:在建立用模型锅炉炉内冷态气流运动,来模拟实际锅炉炉内没有燃烧升温状态下气流运动特性的“冷模冷”相似模型时,首先从描述炉内气流运动特性的微分方程出发,应用相似转换法导出相似准则;并通过确定模型和原型锅炉炉内燃烧器区气流旋转动量与燃烧器喷口射流动量之比相等为定性准则,构造模化风速和模型缩小比例的数学关联;此外,自模区的引入,获得模型锅炉的极限缩模比和某一模型缩小比例下对应的一次风、二次风模化风速。

Abstract:In order to get a cold modeling theory, which can reappear airflow movement in furnace by model tests, this paper proceeds from continuity equation and momentum differential equations. Relevant similarity criteria are obtained by similarity transform method. Then, by the determination of ratio between airflow rotating momentum in furnace and airjet momentum in burner nozzle as reference dimensionless number, the numeric relation between simulated airflow velocities and model scale are achieved. Finally, limit model scale and simulated airflow velocities of primary air and secondary air at a certain model scale are all presented.
