摘    要:介绍了先进控制系统在某石化公司 S Zorb 装置的工业应用情况。该装置采用 Honeywell 公司的先进控制软件来建立先进控制器,并结合闭锁料斗完善,提升装置整体控制水平。结果表明:通过对先进控制系统投运前后加热炉出口温度、稳定塔底温度的平稳性进行对比,投用后加热炉出口温度的标准方差由 4. 57 减小到 1. 53,降低了66. 52%;稳定塔底温度的标准方差由0. 59 减小到0. 39,降低了33. 90%,两者平稳性明显增强;闭锁料斗在线模型运行后,待生剂载硫和再生剂载硫的模型计算值与化验值接近;通过氢油比卡边控制,辛烷值损失较投运前降低 0. 04 单位,投用先进控制器后每年可增加经济效益 302. 4 万元。先进控制技术结合闭锁料斗完善项目,有效解决 S Zorb 装置过程控制难题,实现装置安全平稳运行,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:The industrial application of advanced control system in S Zorb unit of a petrochemical company is introduced. The unit uses the advanced control software of Honeywell Company to establish the advanced controller,and improves the overall control level of the lifting unit combined with the locking hopper. The stability of reheating furnace outlet temperature and stabilizing tower bottom temperature are compared and analyzed. After the advanced control system is put into use,the standard deviation of reheating furnace outlet temperature is reduced from 4. 57 to 1. 53,which is reduced by 66. 52%;the standard deviation of stabilizing tower bottom temperature is reduced from 0. 59 to 0. 39,which is reduced by 33. 90%;the stability of the two is obviously enhanced. After the on-line model of the locking hopper is operated,the model calculated values of the sulfur content of the raw and regenerative agents are close to those of the laboratory tests. By controlling the hydrogen to oil ratio,the loss of octane number is reduced by 0. 04 units. The economic benefit is 3. 024 million yuan by using the advanced controller every year. The advanced control technology combined with locking hopper improvement project effectively solves the process control problem of S Zorb unit,realizes safe and stable operation of the unit,and improves economic benefits.
