摘    要:介绍某大型炼油化工企业中以脱油沥青为原料的 IGCC(整体煤气化联合循环发电系统)工艺技术,分析原油到岸价为 2 826 ~ 3 854 元/t 时 IGCC 技术的经济性及运行成本、装置运行稳定性及环保性。结果表明:以脱油沥青为原料的 IGCC 技术具有运行灵活、环保、高效和长周期稳定运行的优点,可作为大型炼化企业配套的公用工程系统,但当原油到岸价高于2 055元/t 时,与燃煤锅炉相比,蒸汽和电力生产成本偏高,运行经济性变差;当原油到岸价为 3 391 元/t 时,IGCC 制氢成本约 1. 15 元/m3,略高于煤 600 元/t 时的制氢成本,但与 2. 5 元/m3 天然气、 2 850 元/t 的干气制氢成本相比,具有较好的成本优势,可结合渣油加氢工艺技术,实现炼化企业渣油的高效加工利用和效益最大化。

Abstract:The IGCC process technology using de-oiled asphalt as feedstock in a large refinery and chemi- cal enterprise is introduced. Based on the actual operation data,the economy and operation cost of IGCC tech- nology in crude oil CIF of 2 826 ~ 3 854 yuan /t ,the operation stability and environmental protection of the de- vice are analyzed. The results show that IGCC technology with de-oiled asphalt as feedstock has the advantages of flexible operation,environmental protection,high efficiency and long period stable operation,and can be used as a utility engineering system for large refining and chemical enterprises. When the CIF price of crude oil is higher than 2 055 yuan /t,compared with coal-fired boilers,the production cost of steam and power is higher and the operation economy is worse. When the CIF price of crude oil is 3 391 yuan /t,the cost of hy- drogen production by IGCC is about 1. 15 yuan /m3,slightly higher than that by coal at 600 yuan /t,but com- pared with that by natural gas at 2. 5 yuan /m3 and dry gas at 2 850 yuan /t,it is better. It can be combined with residue hydrotreating technology to realize the efficient processing and utilization of residue and maximize the benefit of refinery enterprises.
