摘    要:对山东某石化公司 1.0Mt /a 连续重整装置在开车及运行过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的措施。对焊道宽度达到 20 mm、表面光滑度不合格的再生器内网进行重新制作,控制纵向焊道宽度小于 10 mm、横向焊道宽度小于 15 mm,可以避免再生器内网因局部过热而造成的损坏,并且降低了催化剂跑损的风险;通过在往复式压缩机一级、二级排气缓冲罐出入口增加减振孔板、更换出口管道支架等措施解决了重整氢增压机出口管道振动问题;通过双油泵运行,将控制油压提高至 1.2 MPa,暂时避免了循环氢压缩机停机的风险;通过将注氯套管蒸汽由 1.0 MPa 改为 1.6 MPa、增加套管表面温度热电偶等措施,使重整催化剂的氢铂比恢复到 0.96 的正常水平;通过提高进料温度至130 ℃、降低循环氢中氯化氢摩尔分数至2.5 μmol /mol,避免了氯化铵盐结晶导致的进出料换热器板程压力降升高。

Abstract:The problems encountered in the start-up and operation of the 1 000 kt /a continuous reforming unit in a petrochemical company are analyzed,and corresponding measures are taken. The inner screen of regenerator with 20 mm weld bead and unqualified surface smoothness is remade. Controlling the longitudinal weld width bead less than 10 mm and the transverse weld width less than 15 mm can avoid the damage of regenerator inner screen caused by local overheating and reduce the risk of catalyst loss. Vibration of outlet pipeline of reforming hydrogen supercharger is solved by adding the damping orifice plate at the entrance and exit of the first and second stage exhaust buffer tanks of reciprocating compressor and replacing the support of outlet pipeline. The controlled oil pressure is increased to 1. 2 MPaG through the operation of double oil pumps,which temporarily avoids the risk of shutdown of the circulating hydrogen compressor. By changing steam pressure of chlorine injection drive-pipe from 1. 0 MPaG to 1. 6 MPaG and increasing surface temperature thermocouple,the hydrogen-platinum ratio of reforming catalyst is restored to the normal level of 0. 96. By increasing feed temperature to 130 ℃ and reducing the content of hydrogen chloride in recycled circulating hydrogen to 2. 5 μmol /mol, the pressure drop increase on the plate side caused by ammonium chloride crystallization is avoided.
