摘    要:因胺液本身为易发泡体系,胺液脱硫塔一般采用鼓泡类浮阀塔盘,胺液循环系统易发生胺液发泡导致的拦液冲塔及塔盘堵塞问题。为解决此问题,很多企业不得不降低胺液浓度,提高胺液循环量,使得胺液循环系统能耗较高,占全厂能耗的8%~10%。中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院根据易发泡胺液物系特点及现有塔盘存在的促发泡问题,设计开发了SDMP塔盘。该塔盘采用气液并流喷射传质方式,喷射管外置特殊结构帽罩,传质效率高,对胺液等易发泡体系具有很好的适应性。工业应用结果表明,采用此塔盘改造后,能避免拦液冲塔问题,保证稳定运行。胺液使用浓度(质量分数)由28%提高到38%,胺液循环量由68.5 t/h降低到58.0 t/h,节省蒸汽量18.8%,实现节能降耗。

Abstract:Because the amine liquid is an easy-foaming system, the desulfurization tower of amine liquid is a float valve which is gas-liquid bubble tray. So the circulation system of amine liquid is subject to fluid-blocking and tray blockage caused by the foaming of amine liquid. In order to solve this problem, many enterprises have to reduce the concentration of amine liquid and increase the circulation of amine liquid, which makes the energy consumption of amine liquid circulation system higher, accounting for about 8% to 10% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant.The SDMP tray is designed and developed by SINOPEC Dalian Research Institute of Petrochemical and Petrochemicals according to the characteristics of the foamable amine liquid and the foaming problems existing in the existing trays. The tray adopts mass transfer method of gas-liquid co-current jet, and the special structure cap is installed outside the injection tube, which not only has high mass transfer efficiency, but also has good adaptability to the foaming amine liquid system.The results of industrial application show that application of SDMP Trays can avoid the phenomenon of liquid scouring and ensure stable operation. The concentration of amine liquid is increased from 28% to 38%, the circulation of amine liquid is reduced from 68.5 t/h to 58.0 t/h, and the steam consumption is saved by 18.8%.These measures can realize energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
