原油脱氯剂在常减压装置的工业应用

摘    要:有机氯化物随常减压馏分进入后续炼油加工装置,在一定条件下生成氯化铵,造成铵盐结晶、设备腐蚀等问题,影响装置长周期运行。为解决原油中有机氯的存在对下游装置造成的影响,在某石化公司5.5 Mt/a常减压装置上进行了原油脱氯剂的工业应用,考察原油有机氯脱除率、原油脱后盐含量、电脱盐运行工况、电脱盐污水水质变化情况。结果表明:使用原油脱氯剂后,原油中有机氯脱除率达到60%以上,原油脱后盐质量浓度小于3.0 mg/L,合格率不低于98%,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Organic chlorides enter the following refinery units with atmospheric - vacuum distillates, and produce ammonium chloride under certain conditions, resulting in ammonium salt crystallization, equipment corrosion and other problems, affecting the long-term operation of the unit. In order to solve the influence of organic chlorine in crude oil on downstream units, the industrial application of dechlorination agent for crude oil is carried out in the 5. 5 MM TPY atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in a petrochemical company. The removal rate of organic chlorine in crude oil, salt content after crude oil desalination, operation conditions of electric desalting and water quality change of electric desalting wastewater are investigated. The results show that the removal rate of organic chlorine in crude oil is more than 60%, the salt content is less than 3. 0 mg/L, and the qualified rate is not less than 98% after using dechlorination agent, which achieves the expec? ted effect.
