电力地下管线搬迁估算指标体系构建研究

摘    要:在收集整理上海市电力地下管线搬迁工程典型案例及其造价资料的基础上,构建了电力地下管线搬迁工程估算指标体系。阐明了电力地下管线搬迁估算指标体系构建的原则及依据,并结合不同设计技术方案对指标结构进行了划分,从本体工程指标与独立子项指标出发,基于电力地下管线搬迁的费用构成,建立了相对完整规范的估算指标体系,并选取典型工程对指标体系的有效性进行了验证分析。最后根据目前的研究情况,对未来相关工作的开展提出了建议。

Abstract:On the basis of collecting typical cases and cost data of Shanghai electric power underground pipeline relocation project, this paper constructs the underground power pipeline relocation estimation index system. This paper expounds the principles and basis of constructing the estimation index system, and classifies the index structure according to different design schemes. Starting from the ontology engineering index and independent sub-index, and based on the cost composition of underground power pipeline relocation, a relatively complete and standard estimation index system is established, and the effectiveness of the index system is verified and analyzed by selecting typical projects. Finally, according to the current research situation, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future work.
