甲烷水蒸气重整技术研究现状及进展

摘    要:对甲烷水蒸气重整工艺进行了介绍,从催化剂载体、催化剂活性组分、催化剂助剂入手对甲烷重整制氢技术催化剂的现状和研究进展进行了综述,并对甲烷水蒸气重整反应的反应机理和本征动力学研究进展进行了说明,对传统甲烷重整制氢反应器的现状和研究进展、新型制氢反应器的研究和应用现状进行了综述。Topsóe公司开发的HTCR反应器能够有效地降低原料和燃料的单位消耗量,在国外已经应用几十年。中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院的套管式反应器可有效利用高温位热量,制氢能耗可减少10%左右。

Abstract:The process of methane steam reforming is introduced in this paper. The status and research progress of catalyst carrier,catalyst active component and catalyst auxiliary for methane reforming hydrogen production technology are reviewed. The reaction mechanism and the progress of intrinsic kinetics of methane steam reforming reaction are explained. The present situation and research progress of traditional methane reforming hydrogen production reactors,and the research and application status of new hydrogen production reactors are reviewed. HTCR reactor developed by Topsóe company can effectively reduce the consumption rate of raw materials and fuels,which has been used abroad for decades. Extension-type reactor developed by Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute can utilize effectively high-grade heat and reduce energy consumption of hydrogen production by about 10%.
