两种加氢改质石脑油加氢脱芳催化剂评价

摘    要:以中海沥青股份有限公司生产的加氢改质石脑油为原料,评价了两种加氢催化剂的脱芳烃(脱芳)性能,并考察反应温度、反应压力以及氢油体积比对石脑油加氢脱苯反应的影响。结果表明,加氢脱芳催化剂A,B均为Ni金属催化剂,且催化剂B的Ni金属含量、孔容、比表面积、最可几孔径均大于催化剂A;以加氢改质石脑油为原料,A,B为加氢催化剂,随着加氢反应温度、反应压力以及氢油体积比的增大, 90℃以下馏分苯含量逐渐降低,90~120℃及120℃以上馏分段芳烃含量逐渐降低;以B为催化剂,在反应压力5.0 MPa,空速0.5 h-1,氢油比400∶1,反应温度150℃条件下,可生产出苯质量分数低于0.005%的石油醚产品,以A为催化剂在相同工艺条件下难以生产出合格的石油醚产品。

Abstract:The dearomatization performance of the two hydrogenation catalysts are evaluated by using the hydroupgrading naphtha as the feedstock. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil on the hydrodebenzolization reaction of naphtha are investigated. The results show that the hydrodearomatization catalysts A and B are all Ni metal catalysts, and the Ni content, pore volume, specific surface area and the most probable aperture of catalyst B are all larger than those of catalyst A. With hydroupgrading naphtha as feedstock and A and B as hydrogenation catalysts, the benzene content of <90 ℃ fraction gradually decreases, and the aromatics content of 90-120 ℃ and >120 ℃ fraction gradually decreases with the increase of hydrogenation reaction temperature, reaction pressure and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil. Using B as catalyst, at a reaction pressure of 5.0 MPa, a space velocity of 0.5 h^-1, a hydrogen to oil ratio of 400∶1, and a reaction temperature of 150 ℃, petroleum ether products with benzene content less than 0.005% can be produced. While catalyst A can’t produce qualified petroleum ether products under the same process conditions.
