摘    要:在简要介绍烃类蒸汽转化制氢装置工艺流程的基础上,对制氢装置工艺凝结水产生的原因及回收利用的必要性、工艺凝结水中杂质组成及产生的原因、工艺凝结水回用用途及回用条件等进行了分析。重点分析了4种不同工艺凝结水回收利用的方法:双蒸汽系统、蒸汽汽提、净化处理和全厂水网络集成,比较了各种方法的优劣和使用条件,为制氢装置工艺凝结水回收利用方法的选择提供依据。对采用双蒸汽系统回用工艺凝结水的方案进行了经济性分析。

Abstract:Based on introduction of the process of hydrogen production unit by steam reforming of hydrocarbons. The causes of process condensate water, the necessity of recovery and utilization, the composition and causes of impurities in process condensate, reuse of process condensate and reuse conditions are analyzed. Several methods of recovery and utilization of condensate water in different processes, including double steam system, steam stripping, purification treatment and water network integration are emphatically analyzed. Both advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their application conditions are compared. It provides a certain basis for the selection of condensate recovery and utilization methods in hydrogen unit process. Finally, economic analysis of scheme of reusing condensate water by double steam system is given.
