中原油田回注水结垢问题分析

摘    要:油田回注水结垢不但会造成井筒堵塞,严重时会影响油气产量.回注水中Ca2+,Mg2+含量高以及外界条件变化(温度、压力、流速、pH值等)是引起结垢的主要因素.中原油田原采用注入石灰乳的方法解决回流水的腐蚀问题,但会使系统Ca2+浓度上升并使污泥量增加,因此最有效的办法是注入化学阻垢剂,同时要保证污水处理系统平稳操作.

Abstract:The fouling of injection water in oil field not only plugs the production well but also affects the oil production in the severe scenario. The higher Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in the injection water and fluctuation in temperature, pressure and pH value are the major factors of fouling. Zhongyuan Oil Field originally used lime slurry to solve the corrosion problem of the injection water, but this increased Ca 2+ concentration and amount of sludge. The most effective way is to apply fouling inhibitor and maintain a stable operation of waste water treatment system.
