摘    要:针对没有辅助汽源的600 MW超临界机组,积极探索了一套有针对性的启动方案。通过分析实践过程中存在的问题,提出防范措施,实现了机组热态的快速启动,既节约了生产成本,又缩短了启动时间,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。实践方案对国内同类型机组具有较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper explored a targeted start-up program with respect to the 600 MW supercritical units,which do not have auxiliary steam source systems.Through the analysis on practical problems,preventive measures were proposed,and a rapid hot-start program was realized;and thus the production cost can be saved,and the startup time can be shortened,which will achieve good economic and social benefits,and provide reference for units with the same type.
