| 摘 要： | 就矿业环境侵害行为特征，表现形式及其控制方法进行了分析探讨，要有效遏制矿业环境侵害行为所造成的危害，妥善处理好矿业发展与环境保护之间的关系，就必须实现矿产资源的合理，有序开发，就必须依靠科学技术，走绿色矿业之路。

| Abstract: | Pollution and destruction of mining area's environment are caused by mining environment infringement. This paper analyses its characteristics, forms and control methods. To effectively control the harms caused by the mining environment infringement and better the relation between mining development and environmental protection, it is necessary for us to reasonably and orderly exploit mineral resources and rely on science and technology to achieve green mining industry. |
