摘    要:简述了撞击流技术应用于烟气湿法脱硫的研究现状;在新近设计的撞击流吸收器中进行了脱硫实验;研究了液气体积比、钙硫摩尔比、进口SO2浓度等参数对脱硫效率的影响,在上述参数适中的条件下,得到了令人满意的脱硫性能;与其他脱硫设备相比,撞击流吸收器具有结构简单、不易结垢、吸收剂利用率较高、动力消耗低等优点。

Abstract:The study status of impinging streams application in"wet-type"desulfurization of flue gas(DFG) is introduced.An investigation to evaluate the DFG by absorption was made in an(impinging) stream reactor recently developed. The influences of some operating parameters,such as VL/VG,Ca/S mol ratio,SO_2 concentration in "flue gas",etc.,were examined.Under moderate conditions of the above parameters,the reactor showed satisfying overall performance for DFG.Compared with other DFG devices,it had some advantages such as simple structure,less solid fouling,less absorbent consumption,lower power consumption,etc.
