摘    要:测井资料在油气钻井工程中的应用正日益拓宽。川西地区砂泥岩互层发育,石英砂岩地层岩性致密,局部含砾岩层,岩性在纵横向上差异较大。同一构造相同地层的不同井机械钻速明显不同,特别是须家河和小塘子组地层,石英含量高、岩石硬度大、研磨性强,导致川西深层气藏的钻探成本较高。本文从测井资料中提取地层抗钻参数,采用灰色关联分析方法,结合实钻资料,优选适合川西深井砂泥岩地层的钻头类型。应用表明,该法计算简单,实用性强,有助于井场提高机械钻速。

Abstract:The application of Well logging data in drilling engineering is being used widely.In Chuanxi area,sand-slime rock interbeddings develop; the formation lithology of quartzy sandstone is tight;part of them contain boulder layers;there are big differences in vertical and horizontal direction.Drilling speed in different wells of the same stratum in the same structure is quite different,especially in Xujiahe and Xiaotangzi Group,in which quartz content is high,rocks are hard,abrasive property is strong.These cause the drilling cost for deep gas in Chuanxi is high.In the paper,the formation anti-drilling parameter is extracted from the well logging data.Bit type selection of deep well in sand-slime rocks in Chuanxi can be optimized by using the grey correlation analysis method combined with practical drilling data.The ap- plication shows that the calculation is simple.It is practical and helpful to increase drilling speed at wellsite.
