| 摘 要： | 在中国石油大港石化公司100万t/a延迟焦化装置上,试用了YJZS-01焦化阻垢抑焦增液剂.结果表明,在加入YJZS-01焦化阻垢抑焦增液剂后,加热炉出人口平均压降下降,总液收率增幅较大,焦炭平均收率减少;加剂后对产品质量没有影响,每年可增加经济效益约110万元.

| Abstract: | Coke inhibiting liquid yield booster YJZS-01 was applied in the delayed coking unit of Dagang Petrochemical Company.The results showed that after adding YJZS-01,pressure drop between inlet and outlet in the heating furnace decreased,total liquid yield increased,coke yield decreased,and there was no effect on the product quality.The economic benefit was 1.10 million yuan. |
