过盈配合时齿轮内径与预应力关系研究

摘    要:齿轮过盈配合在工程中一直被广泛使用。由过盈配合产生的预应力对齿轮的强度和寿命影响很大。本文针对某发动机过盈装配的曲轴齿轮进行了基于刚度模型和有限元法的分析,得出齿轮内径、过盈量与预应力的关系,为采用过盈配合齿轮的设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Gears assembled with interference fit are used widely in the field of engneering. Prestressing force from interference fit has a prominent influence on the life and strength of gear. The work puts forward a rigidity model for some crank gear assembled with interference fit and FEA analysis, and obtains the relation of hole diameter, magnitude of interference and prestressing force. It can be used in gear design.
