数控液压机主机结构CAPP系统的构建

摘    要:数控液压机主机是典型的板材焊接结构。针对该产品的结构特点,构造了CAPP系统框架。并针对板材排料模块,进行了从三维CAD平台SolidWorks到CAPP的信息集成技术研究,解决了排料过程中的自动、手动、数控代码输出及原材料统计等问题。使数控液压机主机结构的制造实现自动化和集成化。

Abstract:The CNC hydraulic machine has the typical heavy welding structure. Aiming at the structure characteristic of this product, this paper constructs the CAPP system frame. After investigation of 3D CAD platform SolidWorks and CAPP information integration, the panel arranging module has been developed, which solves the problems of automation function, manual function, CNC code output and raw and processed materials statistic in panel arranging process, realizes the automation and integration of CNC hydraulic machine's manufacture.
