摘    要:从保护功放管出发,比较详尽地分析了校表源放大回路系统中各个环节的保护问题,并给出了实用的保护电路.这对于提高晶体管校表源的可靠性具有一定价值.

Abstract:Upon the base of protelting highpower transistors, the protection prob-lems of every part in the check meter source of amplifying circuits are analyzcd in mvre detail, and the utility proteltive circuit is given out. It is valuable for improving reliahility of transistor check meter source.
