摘    要:在催化裂化装置中加入能够增加重油裂化能力、提高平衡催化剂活性的Converter塔底油裂化助剂(简称Converter助剂)。工业应用表明,使用Converter助剂后,在原料性质变差的情况下,干气质量分数下降0.10个百分点,焦炭质量分数没有变化,油浆质量分数下降1.08个百分点,总液收率提高1.08个百分点;汽油研究法辛烷值保持在92左右,烯烃体积分数不大于35%;催化剂单耗下降0.011kg/t。

Abstract:The Converter additive was used in a fluidized- bed catalytic cracking, which could enhance heavy oil cracking ability and equilibrium catalyst activity. The commercial application showed that after using Converter additive, the mass fraction of dry gas and slurry oil decreased by 0. 10 and 1.08 percentage points respectively, the mass fraction of coke had no change, and the total liquid yield increased by 1.08 percentage points, although the feedstock became worse than before. The research octane number of gasoline was kept at about 92, the volume fraction of olefin was no more than 35%. The consumption of equilibrium catalyst decreased by 0. 011 kg/t.
