| Abstract: | The unbounded fairness problem of WFQ induced by handovers in cellular packet switched networks is investigated and a new strategy for guaranteed bounded fairness is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme maintains bounded fairness, while in WFQ an increase in unfairness from a handover is cumulative, allowing a new flow to monopolise a wireless link in proportion to the increase |
