球形件拉深成形内皱曲研究

摘    要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D软件,建立了包括凸凹模、压边圈及板料在内的整体分析模型。对球形件的成形过程进行了数值模拟计算,得到了板料内外层纬向应力场及其变化过程,并给出了判定内皱曲的依据因素。对于揭示板料内皱曲的机理有重要意义。

Abstract:The whole analysis model including sheet metal, dies and blank holder is built by the aid of ANSYS/ LS-DYNA3D software. The numerical simulation is carried out to spherical parts' drawing process. The latitudinal stress field and its varying process of the sheet metal's inner and outer layer is obtained. The basis for judging inner buckle is pointed out. It is of important meaning to reveal the mechanism of inner buckle.
