新型针刺垫肩的研制和性能测试

通过分析国外针刺垫肩的生产工艺,结合国内现有垫肩加工技术,在实验室条件下自制针刺垫肩,并对国外、国内、自制三种垫肩的折皱恢复性、压缩回弹性、透气性以及尺寸稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,采用一次成型工艺加工新型针刺垫肩解决了老式国产针刺垫肩分层做法存在的问题,一次成型针刺工艺可以明显改善垫肩的使用性能,保证垫肩轻薄挺括,提高其保形性。新型针刺垫肩在服装业有着十分广阔的应用前景。

Research and property testing of the new style needling shoulder-pad

With the experiment testing, analyzing the production processes of the foreign shoulder-pad, combining with the domestic technology and self-made shoulder-pad under the laboratory condition, the four prop- erties such as fold-wrinkly instauration, compressing and returning of flexibility, air penetrability and the size stability of abroad, domestic and self-made shoulder-pads were researched. A method to pro- duce shoulder-pad, which puts an end to the past delaminating was introduced. According to experi- ments, there was a conclusion that shoulder-pads made by ourselves are soft, long-term stability with uniform needling density and good elasticity resilience.
