摘    要:采用悬浮法使丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈进行三元共聚合反应,以对SAN树脂进行改性研究。结果表明,随着丙烯酸甲酯结合量增加,SAN树脂的熔体质量流动速率、拉伸强度、冲击强度、透明度增加,维卡软化温度下降,树脂的黄色指数下降,白度提高,外观有所改善。

Abstract:The study of the modification of SAN resin was carried out by means of the copolymerization of methyl acrylate with styrene and acrylonitrile. The result showed with the increase of the combination amount of methyl acrylate, the melt flow ratio, tensile strength, impact strength and transparency of SAN resin all improved at the same time, the Vicat softening temperature lowered, the yellow index decreased, whiteness was higher and the appearance of the SAN resin was improved.
