改性植物胶新工艺的研究

摘    要:研制了一套植物胶改性加工工艺及设备的新方法,新的改性工艺是从原料(胚乳片)加工阶段介入,将原粉的粉碎加工工艺与改性工艺很好结合起来,大大简化了植物胶改性工艺流程;新法改性工艺摒弃了分散剂乙醇的使用,成功地绕开了制约改性植物胶产品成本的瓶颈,从而可以很有效地控制成本;同时避免了常规化学反应的后处理过程,减少环境污染。采用该工艺和设备建成的改性植物胶生产线,获得的产品黏度达到0 085~0 100Pa·s,水不溶物含量可低至2%~4%。

Abstract:A new processing technology and set of equipment were developed.The new technology combining the split mashing with guar gum modification has a significantly simplified processing flow for modification of plant gum.Because of not using the disperser,ethanol,and bypassing the neck of gum production cost,this technology can control production cost effectively.When using this technology,the post-treatment procedure for common chemical reactions can be avoided and the environmental pollution can be mitigated.The production line consisted of this technology and its equipment has produced the gum products with viscosities of 0.085~0.100Pa·s and decreased insoluble contents of 2%~4%.
