摘    要:对HA9-7型离心压缩机振动监测和频谱分析结果表明,电机转子力不平衡及联轴器轴心对中不良是引起机组电机振动超标及齿形联轴器齿面异常磨损的主要原因。采取电机转子动平衡试验技术检定及提高机组安装找正精度等措施,消除了故障,保证了机组可靠稳定的正常运行。

The Fault Diagnosis and Treatment for HA Type Centrifugal Compressor Units
Abstract:By monitoring vibration and spectrum analysis of HA9- 7 type centrifugal compressor, it is showed that excessive vibration and abnormal wear of tooth surface in coupling of motor are mainly caused by force imbalance of the motor rotor and misalignment of the coupling. Finally, the failures are eliminated by taking measures such as motor rotor balancing test technique and improving the equipments installation precision and the normal operation of equipment is ensured.
