| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C18柱和二极管阵列检测器定量测定50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂中有效成分的含量。结果表明:方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.078,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为99.91%。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis method was introduced for the determination of boscalid 50%WG by HPLC on C18 column with DAD. The mobile phase was made up of methanol and water. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.078, the coefficient of variation was 0.16%, and the average recovery was 99.91%. |
