噻苯隆的合成方法改进

摘    要:以氨基乙腈盐酸盐、亚硝酸钠和硫化氢为起始原料,经重氮化、环合等反应合成关键中间体5-氨基-1,2,3-噻二唑,再与苯基异腈酸酯缩合得到噻苯隆。以氨基乙腈盐酸盐计,合成总收率54.8%,产品质量分数达到98.9%。

Abstract:Thidiazuron was synthesized from aminoacetonitrile hydrochloride, sodium nitrite and hydrogen sulphide gas by diazotization, cyclization and addition reaction. Under the above conditions, total yield was 54.8%, the content of product could reach 98.9%. The structure of the product was defined by elemental analysis and HPLC.
