摘    要:为了筛选出防治酸腐病菌的有效药剂,为防治柑橘采后酸腐病提供理论依据,采用生长速率法测定了10种化学药剂对酸腐病菌的毒力。结果表明:肟菌酯毒力最强,EC50为0.038 5mg/L;其次是双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐,EC50为0.104 2 mg/L。毒力最弱的是吩胺霉素,EC50为73.112 5 mg/L。肟菌酯、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐和咪鲜胺效果较好。

Abstract:In order to screen effective fungicides, and provide theoretical basis on Geotrichum candidum, the toxicities of ten fungicides on Geotrichum candidum were determined by mycelium growth rate method in the laborator. The results showed that the toxicity of trifloxystrobin was the strongest with EC50 of 0.038 5 mg/L, the second was iminoctadine tris(albesilate), EC50 was 0.104 2 mg/L. Fenanmycin provided the least control with EC50 of 73.112 5 mg/L. Trifloxystrobin, iminoctadine tris(albesilate) and prochloraz had good inhibitions to Geotrichum candidum.
