5%氟虫脲悬浮剂配方的研究

摘    要:通过正交试验优化法得到5%氟虫脲悬浮剂的最佳配方:5.2%氟虫脲原药(97%)、2.5%7227-A、2.5%DISPERSE-1005、4.0%尿素、1.5%黄原胶+硅酸镁铝(质量比1∶9)、0.3%消泡剂Tanaform AF,蒸馏水补足至100%。加工工艺研究发现:使用立式砂磨机,锆珠的最佳用量(体积)是制剂质量的1.7倍,最佳研磨时间为2 h。该制剂各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求。

Abstract:The preparation of flufenoxuron 5% SC was studied by orthogonal experiment, and the optimum formula was determined as follows: flufenoxuron TC (97%) 5.2%, 7227-A 2.5%, DISPERSE-1005 2.5%, urea 4.0%, xanthan gum + magnesium aluminium silicate 1.5% (mass ratio of 1︰9), defoaming agent Tanaform AF 0.3%, distilled water making up to 100%. Vertical sand mill was used to produce the formulation, the volume of zirconium bead was 1.7 times of formulation quality, and the optimized milling time was 2 h. All specifications of flufenoxuron 5%SC comformed to the requirements of SC.
