氰烯菌酯的合成方法改进

摘    要:以苯甲腈、氰乙酸乙酯等为起始原料,经加成、缩合反应2步合成氰烯菌酯。通过提纯,产品质量分数达到95.0%,总收率大于72%。改进后的方法与原方法相比,线路缩短,易于工业化生产。

Abstract:A novel synthetic method was studied. Using benzonitrile, ethyl cyanoacetate as starting materials, phenamacril was obtained by addition and condensation reaction. The purity of the product was 95.0% and the total yield was more than 72%. Compared with the original synthetic method, the novel method was simple and could be used in industry.
