ABS压力响应测试和压力的精细调节

摘    要:建立ABS控制模型和设计ABS控制逻辑都要求测定系统的压力响应特性。设计并制作了ABS压力调节特性测试台架,编写了相应的测试程序。在此基础上,对国产轿车上广泛使用的MK20型压力调节器及其ABS液压回路进行了测试和分析,结果表明所建立的测试装置是有效的。在分析压力响应特性的基础上提出了压力精细调节的实现方法。

Abstract:Measurement of the pressure response property of the ABS system is required for building control model and de- signing control logics of ABS. A test bench for measuring pressure regulating property is designed and manufactured, and corresponding test program is written. Furthermore, measured and analyzed are the model MK20 hydraulic module, which is widely used in domestic-made cars, and its ABS hydraulic brake lines. Test results show the measurement system built is valid. Based on analysis of hydraulic pressure response property, realization of fine regulation of the pressure is raised.
