空分系统中空压机系统故障诊断专家系统的研究

摘    要:空压机系统是空分系统中的核心之一,也是影响空分系统工作稳定的主要原因之一。为保证空压机系统的安全经济运行,实现故障诊断和及时的故障排除,设计了一个适用于空压机系统的故障诊断专家系统,介绍了该系统的结构、知识库的构建与推理机的实现。阐述了利用知识库中的知识推理进行故障诊断的方法,并以实例说明该故障诊断系统具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:The air compressor system constitutes one of the cores of a air separation system and faults incurred by the former have become one of main factors that affect the work of the air separation system.In this paper,a fault diagnosing expert system for air compressor system has been designed to warrant the latter's safe and economic operation,as well as for diagnosing and liquidating possibly occurring faults immediately.The system's conformation,setting up of a knowledge base and an inference mechanism are being explained.Fault diagnosing by inference with the help of knowledge base is being elucidated and several actual examples are given to show that the system designed in this paper has powerful practicability.
