三峡库区滑坡防治工程设计中的若干问题

摘    要:自2001年开始,长江三峡库区滑坡及崩塌防治工作全面展开,到2004年,三峡工程库区221个滑坡与崩塌体的勘察与防治工程可行性研究工作已全部完成,部分已完成防治工程的初步设计与施工图设计,少数防治工程已开工建设。对三峡库区滑坡防治工程设计中所遇到的几个主要问题一滑坡稳定性及滑坡推力计算方法的问题,孔隙水压力的计算问题,水库水位调度过程中地下水位变化问题,地震力的计算问题及设计工况与安全系数的确定等进行了讨论,提出了相应的解决办法。

Abstract:Since 2001, landslide and collapse prevention and harnessing work in Three Gorges reservoir area has been carried out overall and up to 2004, the reconnaissance of 221 landslides and collapse bodies and the feasibility investigation of their prevention and harnessing works had been completed, partial preliminary design and construction drawing work of prevention and harnessing works had been completed and the construction of a few of prevention and harnessing works had already started. Several main problems encountered in the design of landslide prevention and harnessing works in Three Gorges reservoir area are discussed, such as landslide stability, computation method of landslide thrust force, computation of pore water pressure, underground water level variation in the process of reservoir water level regulation, seismic force computation, the determination of design condition and safety factor, and correspondent solving methods are suggested.
