摘    要:CT -175磺酸树脂催化过氧化氢异丙苯分解是一级反应 ,当树脂颗粒平均粒径为 0 48mm、反应温度为 80℃时 ,内扩散有效因子为 0 0 36。在新型三相循环流化床反应器中加入辅助的扰动气体是必要的 ,其作用既减少外扩散阻力、增加反应速率 ,又使反应平稳进行。但当内扩散成为决速步骤时 ,过多的扰动气体对反应的益处不大 ,最佳惰性气体量约为汽化丙酮体积的 1%。

Abstract:Decomposition of cumene hydroperoxide(CHP) catalyzed by CT-175 sulfonic resin is a first order reaction.The efficiency factor of the resin particles is 0 036 when the particle average diameter is 0 48 mm and the reaction temperature is 80℃.Some inert gases,which are added to the three phase circulating fluidized bed reactor,not only reduce the external diffusion resistance and increase the reaction rate,but also make the decomposition of CHP well-balanced.However,with increasing quantity of auxiliary inert gas the effect becomes less remarkable when the internal diffusion resistance turns to be the rate-determining step.The optimal quantity of the auxiliary inert gas is approximately 1% of the quantity of vaporized acetone. [
