| 摘 要： | 当前人才市场在网络工程人才需求与高职网络工程专业建设之间存在矛盾,本文结合湖南工业职业技术学院网络工程专业的实际情况,探讨了网络工程专业的人才模式构建、课程体系改革、课程建设、师资队伍建设、实践环节建设、职业能力综合评价体系建设等重要问题。

| Abstract: | There are the contradictions between the current talent market requirement and the network engineering network engineering construction.Based on Hunan Industry Polytechnic network engineering practice,the network of engineering talent model building,curriculum reform,curriculum construction,teacher team building,practical link-building,professional capacity building of comprehensive evaluation system are explored. |
